Just when you thought it was safe to go outside and play, another midget is gunned down in a senseless midget drug escapade. When will we learn?
Writes the New York Post, "The short, troubled life of a drug-dealing Harlem midget came to a violent end ... when he was gunned down while guzzling beer and shooting dice outside a housing project."
Can't a fella have a little peace while slinging crack in Harlem? Give the little guy a chance. Sure, "Cops found a huge .380-caliber pistol in the waistband" of little man Joshua Agard, age 18, along with "15 vials of crack," but the kid was adorable.

The Things that you said about Josh are terrible. You can't judge a person without knowing them or knowing what hardships they have been through. You shouldn't judge anyone....only god can. In the end I know Josh is up there with him!

Yes, he might have been a nice kid, but he was (apparently) an armed drug dealer. Think of all the lives he destroyed or helped destroy by selling drugs on street corners. I don't think journalists have a secret conspiracy against NYC midgets, dude.
Sucks that he grew up in a troubled family, but that doesn't excuse selling drugs and running around with guns.

This is not funny at all. Joshua's family and friends are in alot of pain. He went through alot in life due to both parents dying while he was very young. His grandparents tried to steer him in the right direction but growing up in housing projects in east harlem isnt the easiest. Joshua was a great kid who got caught up in the wrong stuff, he does not deserve this. His family and friends are in so much pain. If anyone here was to lose a young 18 year old to such a terrible death I doubt they would find any humor in it. I love Joshua and so do many others, please respect his memory.
Ps the newpapers wrote many untrue things just to sell papers.
